I'm not even there yet....

But I'm so excited. This sounds cliché but it is crazy to think that in 6 months I will be departing to Scotland. I have decided to join the Young Adult Volunteer (YAV) Program and I have just spent 4 fantastic days with the most amazing people to come to this decision. Spending my first time in the South, in Arkansas, allowed me to discern on a very important decision to spend a year after graduating from college building relationships with and spending time learning from the people of Scotland. I cannot wait to embark on this journey of learning, growing, and sharing my experience. I hope you can join me in my journey and support me through prayers, donations, and or love. This is also my first time blogging so if it does not sound eloquent at first it is because I will get better with more time and practice so give me a pass.
